There are some options to upload the theme file to your phone.
The easiest way is to put your memorycard in a cardreader (if you have), then copy the sis theme file from your pc to the memorycard, take the card back to the phone, go to the sis file -> install.
Now would you ask where you want install -> phone ram or memory card
After install you find the theme under -> Menu -> Tools -> Themes
Other option is to transfer the theme per bluetooth to your memorycard....
or you use the "Nokia PC Suite" (download on nokia homepage), in this software is also a sis file manager which them can you transfer the file per usb datacable or bluetooth to your phone.
