It was possible on the N80, also on the N73. On the N80 with newer firmware (4...) not anymore. Here are some threads about changing fonts on the N73.
But i think (my opinion) is not easy to change them, i read also in other forums where the people change the fonts, nothing worked, only format or the way to the service point helped.
So i mean the risk is to high to try it.
