If you have a cardreader, then can you use this. Put your memorycard in there, open the explorer and copy the wallpaper to the card. You can use as example the image folder. Put the card back to your phone, go to the card -> your saved wallpaper -> options -> set as wallpaper.
The best way to manage this on your phone is to use the "FExplorer" (filemanager for symbian S60 devices).
If you use the "Nokia PC Suite", then is there also an option to start a file explorer. Start this. It open a new window, on the left site you see the files from your pc and on the right site the files/ folders from your phone (the phone must connected to your pc).
Select on the left site the file what you want and copy them to a folder (images, gallery...) on the right site.
You can use wallpaper as bmp or jpg, but this are not install files as sis files. So you must select the bitmap and then you can set it (options) as wallpaper.
