Correct size of wallpaper

Post Correct size of wallpaper 
If i upload a wallpaper specially make in a size of 352X416px (N80, E60....), can the user it download in this size, or is there any software on 4urMobilePhone which transformed it automatically back to 176X208px?

In the moment i have no wallpaper in this size. I look on other sites and test the downloads (with the correct indication of the phones/device) , but all the wallpaper are in 176X208px or smaller.
Therefore my question about the software.
