what does this means? do I have limited download?

Sadly we had to introduce the download token system to prevent users leeching off themes. Theme downloads cost bandwidth and bandwidth costs money. Since this is a free *hobby* site, I am paying for the bandwidth from my pocket.

However, I understand this might be a painful for some of you to have to wait. I will limit it to something a little more relaxed duration (5 minues).. post here if you have any comments.
