Sorry Admins, it would be helpfull if mods could move a post to an existing thread with the same question, but i think i couldn't.
So i must give for 25 times the same answer:
Series 60 devices using Os 8.0 or higher, will need to edit the security settings to install 3rd party themes.
Go to - Menu/Tools/App. Mgr./Options/Settings
Software installation = All
Online certificate check = Off
