Changing Icons in Theme Studio 3.1
Many people ask me how to change the icons in the Theme Studio 3.1. So i make a little tutorial about this.
You need a good graphic program (as example paint shop, fireworks or photoshop). Also an icon pack or two (for better choice) as png files in 128x128px or 256x256px.
I make this examples with png bitmaps, because i found more icons as png files in the net.
1.
Example, changing one application icon for a theme with a screen size of 352x416px
The "placeholder" icon in my bitmap editor:

 Part 2
Now we see the placeholder icon in the bitmap editor and we can search/ select our new icon.
2.
Open the selected icon in the bitmap editor and copy them to the placeholder icon.
Resize the new icon to your needed size.
Then make the layer of the placeholder icon hidden and save the file.
3.
Go back to the Theme Studio and you see the new icon, if you like it, save.
After saving the Theme Studio create automatically a mask, so the icon looks transparent
(in TS 3.0 you must create a mask by yourself if you use bitmap icons).
That's all. Finished

I maked these tutorial for MT (as the Certificate Tutorial),
but i think it could be also here placed,
because here are also some users which create their own theme and have
some questions about the Theme Studio.

This is a post from "Elton":
I figured out a way to have a transparent navi bar for all 3 navi images, and it even shows correctly in the TS as well as on the phone.
Go to.....Areas - Status Area - Navi pane background - Solid.
Right click the image in the components window, and select edit/animate, right click the image in the layers window and 'add a layer', then right click the layer 1 and 'clear layer' (not delete), now you will have two layers (both blank), then close this area edit, it will ask if you want to save, say yes, and then repeat this for the other two navi images if you also want to make them transparent.
Simple!

Only if you use transparent .png or .svg icons the mask would automatically created. If you use .bmp files with white or other coloured background, then you must create a mask.
If you change a icon a save, then you don't the mask. Go to the icon and then back and the mask will shown.
When i change the as example highlighted background which is half transparency, the mask would not shown. I save and go to the next item to change. When i go back to my changed highlighted background, then i see the mask.
