I download so many themes and some games for my cellphone but i found the carpet to put them that is pivate/10202dce this carpet i found some files .sis and my themes and games are .sis so i paste them in this directory but i can see them or find them in my cell phone to install them.

help me please!!!!!

You should not take the sis files to any private folder in the phone memory.
Save the sis files on your memory card (apps folder or where you want)
and then select the file

-> options -> install

To install you would ask if you want install on the phone memory or memorycard. If you install on your memorycard, then must the card in there to use the theme, apps or game. But uninstall/delete of any thing is easier if you use the memorycard.
