You can't unlock your phone (6630 is a BB5 phone, only older phones-DCT3 or 4 could unlock). That means "simlock" or "netlock".
As example:
I use a 6630 with a "netlock" from T-Mobile. So i can only phone with there, not with vodafone or other. To unlock i must pay money (100 Euro) or wait for one year (or two?).
The only thing what could be changed with "flashing" is the phone branding (wallpaper, connections, screensaver, startscreen and so on)
