You use a 3rd edition device, so you post in the wrong section. Otherwise would you use the "Search" function of this forum you find an answer.
Check your phone settings about software installation "on" and certificate check "off", because themes must not symbian signed.

Series 60 devices using Os 8.0 or higher, will need to edit the security settings to install 3rd party themes.
Go to - Menu/Application Manager/Options/Settings
Software installation = ON
Online certificate check = OFF
