Post Converting V3 Symbian Themes to V2 ?
Really great website for downloading Themes for your Nokia Nseries Mmobile.

I downloaded and I installed these .SIS files to my Nokia N72, and the mobile displayed that these files were corrupt/damaged. I think that these files are too new for my mobile, but I saw that user wa77ior converted some of these themes to V2 Symbian Mobiles. Is there a tool which convert these files to a lower Symbian Version?

Thanx Very Happy

You can't use V3 themes ( 3rd edition), because your phone is a second edition device.
i think there is no tool available to convert from third to second, there is a way from 2 to 3.

The theme creator (as example: wa77ior) has the original .tdf file, so he can open the theme in the theme studio and change the things to create a theme for the second edition.

But sometimes the theme has to be made from scratch again,as a freind of mine recently has been trying to convert 3rd themes to 2nd but the icons keep coming up blank and the indicators either side at the top are'nt visible, but i'm sure it can be sorted.....soon,somehow Wink
