Which means only the word appear .. eerrmm.. do u have any idea what i mean???

Hiya mate. That is a failry easy thing to do depending on which theme you are using. If you using any one of the dakku studios exclusive themes. You can download a blank op logo and add your own name/graphic to it in your fav image editor.
post here to let us know if it all doesnt go to plan.

it cant be done im affraid, as symbian hasent support for masking withing the oplogo, which means you cant have transparent logo, but you have to make a different logo for every theme is the only way, only supported file types for oplogo is mbm (and yes ive tried to mask it using mbm file and still dont work) and bmp
sorry for bad news

Thanks MartY3™, I battled against this thing in my early themeing days too. MBM is a compliled archive of BMP files. As any graphics person would tell you, BMP does not support alpha chanels.

yep that is correct, its a shame we cant have gif images as oplogo, the mbm (multiple bitmap) i tried making the oplogo, and then making mask for it too, (same as is done in changing icons for any application, and making old style theme icons too) years ago but it never worked, and only the first bmp withing the archive was shown not even on the 3rd edition we can have transparent oplogos.. never mind, just means we have to make logo for every theme, no big deal really. 1 minute job in PS
cheers

 Blank operator
I tested on my 6681 phone and it worked. Use Photoshop to create a blank gif (97x25 pixel), change gif into mbm and put it in c:\system\apps\phone\oplogo. Restart the phone and it's gone. And I think there's a tip: when you change to your own operator logo, your theme is covered (by a rectangle picture) so that it doesn't look as beautiful as it was (even using a beautiful picture, the logo is not as nice as I thought). But you still wanna have a logo that noone does, you should use a theme creator (S60 theme studio ...) to create your theme, edit the picture as your wish (do something in the position of the operator logo) and put a blank logo as I suggested above. Your logo is the best, right ??
p/s: sorry, my English is very bad .

Colour Op Logos are a GoGo on Nokia N73 S60 3RD Edition

Success, kinda albeit a bit basic i have made my own colour operator logo and it is running properly on my N73.
Seeing as i am with Orange as my network provider, i made an Orange logo that was meant to dissolve, so i created a screenshot using .PNG images compiled as a .GIF in Adobe Imageready, see below, its not brilliant, but its a start
Click on the image below to open it and see the animation
