Post Text stuck on numbers 
My phone (6630) is stuck on numbers in the contact list & text messaging.The hash key & the pencil key do not work.I have also tried to reset to factory settings to no avail.Has any one any ideas?

It sounds to me that your phone needs to be sent away and lovingly fixed by someone in the know!
