gå in i den där menyn 81 nått...(det vet jag inte hur man gör)
sen så tar man execute ...
sen skriver man väl in en etta bara och klickar på ok ?
Cheers for the info.
Found out what the file is called, had a look for it and it's only available as a cached link on two Italian forums, which doesn't work anymore.
Any pointers on where to find the file? I'm aware you specified no software requests, but a link over email/pm would do no harm ;)
As for flashing the 6630, you don't need any high level Nokia equipment like FLS-4 or FPS-8. The 6630 supports ADL flashing, for which the only things required are the Nokia Phoenix service software, a PKD-1 dongle or a clone (like Phoenix Black Box), and a standard DKU-2 USB cable like the one that comes with the phone.
I've got the latest Phoenix service software (2004.46.5.76) and firmware (v3.45.111), 6630 schematics and service manuals, and official Nokia 6630 flashing instructions, but no PKD-1 or PBB. Someone I know has ordered a PBB, so I'll let you know how I get on with flashing my 6630 when he gets it.
And my 6630 has v3.45.111 firmware with network type selection, I just have a burning desire to purge all traces of t-mobile from it :)
Hi fannypad,
I have
6630_RM-1_dp_v_3.0_MCUSW3.0445111_EURO.exe
RM-1_dp_v_3.0_MCUSW3.0445111_EURO.exe
How to install this firmware?
My phone is branded Tim!
Have you Tim file?
Thanks for any suggestion,
Rocker

Thanks for looking into that for me, Dakku. It is really frustrating to not have everything the 6630 offers.
I found a section in the program that displays information about EGPRS. Unfortunately, it only displays the info, I cannot manually change any fields.. I just downloaded the full manual, I am going to read through it.
Thanks again...

Mate, you being unable to use some functions of the handset really depends on the network operator. If they offer the services then your handset can use it.
I would recomend contacting your network op to get more details about the services you want to use before altering anything with netmon
