You ask in this "MAC" Thread, so i think you mean also the browser from this OS System.

Is it only the browser and all other programs and the desktop looks normal? Have you take a look about the options of the browser, is there anything changed to look on websites?
Or can you make a reinstall?

Sorry. Yes, it's MacOs. And all other apps are fine. I use Safari and Firefox and they both started displaying low res at the same time after a regular restart on the machine.

I'm tired of trying to find some parameter on the app's preferences but I can't find anything related. I reinstalled Firefox but everything is the same.

It's really a mistery. I tought it could be some key sequence played for mistake. I just don't know.

Ok. This is officially a matter for the "Beyond" They both turned back to their normal appearence and I didn't do a thing to change it.

Remembered me the old OS 9 and OS's before when docs disappeared and reappeared in a matter of hours or days and no one could explain it.
