The themes are in your phonememory or on your memorycard installed? If on your card then check this:

"How to delete themes if you cant find them in app manager.
Connect your memory card to a card reader. Go to I:\private\10207114\import\
I = represents your card reader's drive, yours might be something else, for example K, dependent on how many drives you have on your pc.
Open the folder. View the folders to find the theme you wish to delete. Delete the folder."

".....I did it and it worked, instead of the memory card reader i just connected it to the Nokia USB cable and selected Mass Storage mode or whatever it is..."
If the themes are on your phone memory installed, then could it be that only a format help, because there are hidden folders with theme information in there.
